This Privacy Policy explains how BenefitBrook ("we", "us") handles information when you use this website. BenefitBrook is an independent information and advertising service. We are not affiliated with the Social Security Administration or any government agency, and we are not a law firm.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide: first and last name, mobile phone number, email address and ZIP code.
• Quiz answers, such as your age range, work status, work history, general type of medical condition and treatment status.
• Device and advertising data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring website, and ad-campaign identifiers (for example UTM parameters and ad click IDs), collected using cookies and similar technologies.
• Consent verification recording. We use a third-party service (TrustedForm) that records your session on our form page, including what was displayed and your interactions, to document and verify your consent.

We never ask for your Social Security number.

How we use information

• To check whether you may be a fit for a disability-benefits consultation and to connect you with marketing partners you asked to hear from.
• To contact you by phone, text or email as you consented.
• To verify consent, prevent fraud, maintain records required by law, and measure and improve our advertising.

How we share information

• Marketing partners. When you submit the form, we share your information with our marketing partners, including participating attorneys, disability advocates and law firms, who may contact you about your options.
• Service providers who help us operate the site, such as hosting, lead-delivery, consent-verification and advertising-measurement providers, under obligations to protect it.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your information to anyone other than sharing it with our marketing partners for the purpose you requested: being contacted about disability-benefit options. Depending on where you live, that sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under state law, and you can opt out as described below.

Calls and text messages

How to opt out

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Ask any caller to place you on their do-not-call list.
• Email support@benefitbrook.com to opt out of further contact from us and to ask us to tell partners we delivered your information to.

Data retention

We keep information, including consent records, for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required to comply with law and resolve disputes, and then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use encrypted (HTTPS) connections and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your state privacy rights

Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you may have the right to know or access the personal information we hold, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information or of targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@benefitbrook.com. We will verify your request and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
